Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before subscribing to or using the Round Towers Lusk IPTV service. By accessing our website or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Round Towers Lusk IPTV service ("Service"), the website at roundtowerslusk.ie ("Website"), and any related WhatsApp, email or messaging communications with us ("Round Towers Lusk", "we", "our" or "us").

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, requesting a free trial, or otherwise using our Service, you ("Customer", "you" or "your") confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

01Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms, the following words have the following meanings:

  • "Service" means the IPTV streaming service provided by Round Towers Lusk, including live channels, on-demand content, electronic programme guide, catch-up TV, and related customer support.
  • "Subscription" means any paid plan you purchase from us (1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months).
  • "Free Trial" means a temporary, no-cost access period offered before purchase.
  • "Credentials" means the username, password, M3U URL, Xtream Codes API details or other login information we issue to you to access the Service.
  • "Device" means any Smart TV, Firestick, Android box, MAG box, smartphone, tablet, computer or other connected hardware on which the Service is used.
  • "Content" means all video streams, images, text, software, branding and other material delivered through the Service.

We are committed to operating in accordance with Irish consumer protection law, EU Directive 2019/770 on digital content and digital services, and applicable data protection regulations.

03Subscription & Account

3.1 Eligibility

To purchase a Subscription you must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract under Irish law. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3.2 Account Creation

When you purchase a Subscription, we will issue you with personal Credentials. You are solely responsible for keeping your Credentials confidential and secure. You must not share, sell, lease or otherwise transfer your Credentials to anyone outside your household.

3.3 Subscription Plans

We currently offer the following plans:

  • 1 Month Plan — €12.99 (one-off payment, single device)
  • 3 Months Plan — €24.99 (one-off payment, up to 2 devices)
  • 6 Months Plan — €34.99 (one-off payment, up to 2 devices)
  • 12 Months Plan — €49.99 (one-off payment, up to 3 devices)

All plans include the same channel lineup and content library. Plans differ only in duration, simultaneous device limit, and bundled extras.

No Auto-Renewal. All plans are one-off, prepaid purchases. Your subscription will not auto-renew or generate any unexpected charges. You are always in control of when to renew.

04Pricing & Payment

4.1 Prices

All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. The prices displayed at the time you place your order are the prices that will apply to your purchase.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via:

  • SEPA bank transfer
  • Revolut
  • Wise
  • PayPal
  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)

4.3 Payment Processing

All transactions are processed via secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our systems. Payment confirmation is required before your Service is activated.

4.4 Lifetime Price Lock (12-Month Plan)

If you subscribe to the 12-month annual plan, we guarantee that your renewal price will not increase as long as you remain a continuous customer (i.e. you renew within 30 days of expiry). This price lock is personal to you and non-transferable.

4.5 Currency & Conversion

If you pay using a non-Euro denominated method, your bank or payment provider may apply a currency conversion. We are not responsible for any exchange-rate differences or fees imposed by your provider.

05Free Trial & Refund Policy

5.1 Free Trial

We offer a free trial of the Service to new Customers upon request via WhatsApp. The trial provides limited-time access to a representative sample of our channels and on-demand content so you can evaluate the Service on your own Device and broadband connection before purchasing. No payment information is required to access the free trial.

5.2 72-Hour Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your paid Subscription, you may request a full refund within 72 hours of activation, no questions asked. To request a refund, simply contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details.

5.3 Refund Conditions After 72 Hours

After 72 hours, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at our discretion where there is a genuine, ongoing service fault that we have been unable to resolve. Partial refunds may be issued pro-rata against the unused portion of your Subscription.

Statutory Rights. Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish or EU consumer protection law, including the EU Directive 2019/770 on digital content and digital services.

5.4 Right of Withdrawal — Digital Content

By accepting these Terms and beginning to access digital content delivered immediately on activation, you expressly request that we begin performance during the standard 14-day cooling-off period and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once digital delivery has commenced, in accordance with EU consumer regulations.

06Service Activation & Delivery

Once we receive payment confirmation, we will deliver your Credentials and a step-by-step setup guide via WhatsApp or email. Activation is typically completed within 5 to 10 minutes during regular hours.

If you do not receive your Credentials within 1 hour of payment confirmation, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +44 7988 548254. Late delivery is rare and almost always caused by a typo in your contact details.

The Service is delivered electronically. We will never need to access your home, install hardware, or send a physical product. You are responsible for installing and configuring the IPTV player application on your own Device(s).

07Permitted Use

The Service is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within your private household only. Permitted use includes:

  • Watching live channels and on-demand content on the Devices included in your plan
  • Sharing the Service with members of your immediate household at the same residential address
  • Using catch-up TV and EPG features for personal viewing
  • Pausing, rewinding or recording (where supported by your IPTV player) for personal use

Each Subscription includes a maximum number of simultaneous Device connections (1, 2 or 3 depending on your plan). You may install your Credentials on additional Devices, but the simultaneous-stream limit will still apply.

08Prohibited Use

You must not, and must not permit any third party to:

  • Resell, sublicense, redistribute or commercially exploit the Service or any Content
  • Use the Service in any commercial premises (pubs, hotels, restaurants, gyms, offices, etc.) without a separate commercial agreement with us
  • Share your Credentials with anyone outside your immediate household
  • Attempt to circumvent, modify or reverse-engineer any technical protection or access controls
  • Use the Service in connection with any illegal, fraudulent or harmful activity
  • Use the Service in a manner that infringes any third-party intellectual property right
  • Attempt to overload, disrupt or interfere with our servers, network or other Customers' use of the Service
  • Bulk-download, scrape, mirror, archive or systematically extract Content for offline distribution

Breach Consequences. Any breach of this section may result in immediate termination of your Subscription without refund and may also expose you to civil and/or criminal liability under Irish and EU law.

09Service Availability

9.1 Uptime

We aim to provide a 99.9% Service uptime, calculated on a monthly basis, excluding scheduled maintenance and events outside our reasonable control.

9.2 Planned Maintenance

We may carry out scheduled maintenance from time to time. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you advance notice via WhatsApp or our Website and aim to perform maintenance during off-peak hours.

9.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: broadband or network outages, ISP throttling, broadcaster encryption changes, denial-of-service attacks, government action, war, civil disturbance, fire, flood or pandemic.

9.4 Channel & Content Changes

The list of available channels and on-demand titles may change over time as broadcaster agreements, signal sources and content licences evolve. We do not guarantee that any specific channel or programme will remain available throughout your Subscription period. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain the breadth and quality of the Service overall.

10Your Responsibilities

To ensure a quality experience, you are responsible for:

  • Having a stable broadband connection of at least 25 Mbps for 4K UHD streams (10–15 Mbps for HD)
  • Providing your own Devices, IPTV player application and supporting hardware
  • Keeping your Credentials private and secure
  • Ensuring you have appropriate household consent for everyone who will use the Service
  • Complying with these Terms and any applicable local, national or EU laws
  • Notifying us promptly of any suspected unauthorised use of your account

11Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, the Website, our trademarks, logos, designs, code and proprietary technology are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by Irish, EU and international intellectual property laws.

The third-party Content delivered through the Service belongs to its respective owners and is provided to you under licence solely for personal viewing within your household. You acquire no ownership or sublicensing rights in any Content.

You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display or sell any Content or any part of the Service except as expressly permitted in these Terms.

12Privacy & GDPR

We take your privacy seriously and operate in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.

12.1 Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum personal data needed to provide the Service:

  • Your name and contact details (WhatsApp number, email)
  • Your Subscription plan, payment confirmation reference and order history
  • Technical data needed to authenticate your Credentials (IP address, Device identifier, connection logs limited to 30 days for fraud prevention)

12.2 What We Don't Do

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third-party advertisers. We do not log or profile your individual viewing habits. We do not use cookies for advertising purposes.

12.3 Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie). To exercise these rights, contact us at support@roundtowerslusk.ie.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish and EU law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms shall be limited to the amount you have paid for your current Subscription.

We will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities or anticipated savings
  • Loss of data caused by your own broadband, hardware or third-party software
  • Disappointment caused by changes to channel availability or programme schedules controlled by broadcasters
  • Service interruptions caused by your Internet Service Provider

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Irish consumer law.

14Termination & Suspension

14.1 Termination by You

Because all Subscriptions are one-off prepaid plans, you do not need to actively cancel. Your Service simply ends at the conclusion of the period you've paid for, unless you choose to renew.

14.2 Suspension or Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without refund, if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have:

  • Breached these Terms (in particular Section 8 — Prohibited Use)
  • Engaged in fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity
  • Shared your Credentials with third parties outside your household
  • Initiated a chargeback dispute that we deem unjustified

14.3 Effect of Termination

On termination, your Credentials will be deactivated and your right to access the Service will end immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Privacy) will continue to apply.

15Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our Service, or our business practices. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

If we make material changes, we will notify active Customers by WhatsApp, email, or a prominent notice on our Website. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may stop using the Service and request a pro-rata refund of any unused Subscription period.

16Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Ireland.

You and we agree that the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes, except that we may bring proceedings against you for unpaid sums in any jurisdiction in which you reside or have assets.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
