01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Round Towers Lusk IPTV ("we", "us", "our"), operating from Irishtown Central, Golden Island, Athlone, Co. Westmeath, N37 Y9N9, Ireland.

By subscribing to, accessing, or using our service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our service.

02 Service Description

Round Towers Lusk IPTV provides an internet-based media streaming service that allows subscribers to access a range of live channels and on-demand content over their own internet connection, across compatible devices.

Our service is a content-streaming subscription. We do not sell, rent, or supply any physical hardware, set-top boxes, or broadband connectivity. You are responsible for providing your own compatible device and a stable internet connection.

03 Eligibility

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and current information when subscribing
• Use the service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes

The service is intended for personal household use. Commercial redistribution, resale, or public broadcasting of our service is strictly prohibited.

04 Subscriptions & Pricing

We offer subscription plans on a 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month basis. Current pricing ranges from €12.99 to €49.99 depending on the plan length selected, and is displayed clearly on our Subscription page at the time of purchase.

All prices are quoted in Euro (€) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time; however, any price change will not affect a subscription you have already paid for during its active term.

Subscription Term

Your subscription is valid for the fixed period you select and paid for. We do not operate automatic renewals. At the end of your term, your subscription simply expires unless you choose to renew it manually.

05 Payment Terms

Payment is required in full before your subscription is activated. We accept the following payment methods:

• Wise
• PayPal
• SEPA bank transfer
• Visa, Mastercard and Maestro debit/credit cards

You agree to provide accurate payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. We do not store full card details on our systems. All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment providers.

06 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial so you can test our service before committing to a paid subscription. Free trials are provided at our discretion and may be limited in duration or features.

No payment information is required to begin a free trial. We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or refuse a free trial to any user, particularly where we suspect misuse or abuse of the trial system.

07 Refunds & Cancellation

Because we offer a free trial that allows you to fully test the service before paying, we encourage all customers to use it before purchasing.

Right to Cancel (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer law, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital service contract. However, by requesting immediate access to and activation of the service, you may be agreeing to begin the service before the end of the cancellation period, which can affect your right to a refund once the service has been supplied.

Refund Requests

If you experience a genuine technical fault that we are unable to resolve, please contact us. Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund or cancellation, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your subscription details.

08 Acceptable Use

When using our service, you agree that you will not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your subscription credentials to others
• Use the service for any commercial or public broadcasting purpose
• Attempt to copy, record, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any content
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or technical features of the service
• Use the service in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without refund, if we reasonably believe you have breached this Acceptable Use section.

09 Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable, high-quality service with strong uptime. However, we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Service performance depends significantly on factors outside our control, including your own internet connection speed, your device, your local network, and third-party content providers. Occasional maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

10 Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, website design, text, and graphics on this website are the property of Round Towers Lusk IPTV or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any of this material without our prior written permission.

Channel names, programme titles, and third-party trademarks referenced on our site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Round Towers Lusk IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for matters which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Irish law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Where we are found liable, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription term.

12 Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

We are committed to protecting your personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.

What We Collect

We only collect the personal data necessary to provide our service, such as your name, contact details, and subscription information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
